Campus Club Management is the operations side of campus clubs. Where ClubAnno helps students discover clubs, this dashboard helps the people who run them: club executive bodies and the university's student-affairs administrators. Each club manages its executive body, events, attendance, media and minutes of meetings, while administrators get a platform-wide view of every club, a queue of pending approvals, budget tracking and reports.
Universities with many clubs track events, room bookings, budgets, minutes of meetings and media on scattered spreadsheets, Google Forms and WhatsApp threads. Approvals get lost, budgets are hard to audit, and there is no single record of what each club actually did in a semester.
One role-based dashboard where clubs submit events, room requests, minutes and media, and administrators review and approve them in a single queue - with every action recorded, budgets tracked as allocated vs utilised, and reports that compare clubs side by side.
A React single-page app built with Vite, with lazily loaded pages for each module (clubs, events, attendance, rooms, budgets, MOM, media, approvals, reports, audit logs, users, settings). Supabase provides authentication and the Postgres database; every page is wrapped in a permission gate that checks the signed-in user's assigned role and club before showing data or actions.
