ClubAnno – Campus Club Management Platform
ClubAnno is a centralized platform designed to improve how students discover and interact with campus clubs. It brings together club profiles, announcements, and event information into a single digital experience, reducing the need for students to search through multiple group chats, posters, and social platforms.
Problem Statement
Campus clubs often communicate through separate WhatsApp groups, social media pages, posters, and word-of-mouth promotion. This fragmented system makes it difficult for students to discover new clubs and upcoming events. At the same time, clubs may struggle to reach students outside their existing communities and audiences.
Proposed Solution
ClubAnno provides a centralized digital platform where students can explore different campus clubs, view club information, discover events, and access announcements. By organizing this information into one consistent interface, the platform makes campus activities easier to discover while giving clubs a better way to present themselves.

Technical Architecture
ClubAnno is built as a React-based single-page application using reusable components to manage the club directory, individual club views, announcements, and event discovery experience. The component-driven architecture allows the platform to maintain a consistent interface while supporting multiple clubs with different identities and purposes.

Challenges & Solutions
Designing an information architecture that can support many different campus clubs without making the platform feel repetitive or generic.
A reusable card-based UI system was created to maintain consistency across the platform while allowing individual clubs to retain their own identity and information.
Organizing club information, announcements, and events in a way that is easy for students to navigate.
The platform separates information into clear discovery flows, allowing students to browse clubs, explore profiles, and access announcements or events without navigating through multiple external platforms.

Results & Impact
ClubAnno was successfully developed and deployed as a live web application. The project demonstrates how a centralized digital platform can improve club discovery and communication within a university ecosystem. It was designed as a practical solution inspired by real experiences with student communities and campus club operations.
